The Alexander Technique is primarily an educational process. A self-help method. Its principle though can be applied to overcoming any difficulty within the range of one’s awareness.
Pain, beyond the medical diagnosis and treatments available, needs also a right attitude and correct reactions in order to prevent its consolidation.
Habitual and instinctive reactions to pain come quickly and naturally. Learning to prevent them and replacing them by conscious reactions in order to improve one’s coordination and functioning creates a healthier framework to deal with pain.

An opportunity to experience the Alexander Technique hands on approach for improving coordination and use of oneself.
The Alexander Technique touch is a very subtle contact which helps improve poise and self-perception, and allows initiation of new or improved reactions and movements.
