Interactive introductory talk on the principles
and applications of the Alexander Technique

During this talk you will be able to ask whatever you will need to ask to better understand
how the Alexander Technique can relate to your own condition and interests

I ask the participants to activate their camera and make themselves visible
and not hide themselves between a black screen
We will be small group of maximum 20 participants

I will then send you a link, ID and password to join the meeting

I will be on Zoom 15 minutes before time at 7.45pm
Those who are not familiar with Zoom please let me know
