Interactive introductory talk on the principles
and applications of the Alexander Technique

During this webinar you will be able to ask whatever you need to ask to better understand
how the Alexander Technique can relate to your own condition, needs and interests

The participants are expected to activate their camera and be visible
to the other participants as this is an interactive exchange
We will be a small group of maximum 20 participants

The registration is required by mail to athvettas@hotmail.com
I will then send you a link, ID and password to join the meeting
the day before the meeting

I will be on Zoom at 7.50pm, 10 minutes before the beginning of the webinar
Those who are not familiar with Zoom please let me know
I will also be available by phone before the meeting.

The meeting will start at 8pm promptly,
but you will be able to join later if you can’t make it on time.
