and applications of the Alexander Technique

During this webinar I will be introducing you to the relevance of the Alexander Technique
principles and procedures in todays world and how they might help you deal with
your difficulties and concerns

You will be able to ask  about whatever you need to understand
about the Alexander Technique that relates to your own condition, needs and interests

You will also be expected to activate your camera and make yourself visible
as this is an interactive exchange
No worry, this webinar will remain confidential
There will be no recording or publication of the webinar on any social media
We will be a small group of maximum 20 participants

You will be of course free to leave the screen at any moment
and come back during the webinarif you need to do so

I will be on Zoom at 7.50pm, 10 minutes before the beginning of the webinar
