introductory talks and practical demonstrations of the
Alexander Technique, where you can get a first hand
experience of the Alexander Technique manual approach.
It is also an opportunity for you to get to directly
ask your questions about the Technique. It is the best
way to discover if the Alexander Technique is what you
are looking for.

Pain can distort our bodies and our feelings to the extend that our reactions to pain renders us incapable of dealing correctly with it. The Alexander Technique stresses the importance of keeping the overall framework of the body in a free expansion when dealing with pain to learn to avoid harmful compensations to pain. |
